I agree it is absolutely ridiculous! Last month (August) I found Halloween stocked shelves at Walgreens.

It is nuts to the 10th. Our local Walmart has had Halloween up for over two weeks. Most of us locals are still looking for stuff for the Lake – but to no avail. Can you say…commercial, much?

It’s all just a ploy to boost sales. It absolutely erks me to go to the store to find school supplies and I had to sift through holiday decorations. Stop it! A couple days after Christmas last year, one of our big box retailers was stocking shelves with Valentine’s Day. Yuck! Give my wallet a break, please!

I’m still in shock that they had Christmas stuff out already. What are they thinking?
