Jon-

I'm signed up for this year. Haven't ridden the road bike much lately, as I'm on the mountain bike most often. In September, I'll be riding on the road more, and then in October, I'll be riding on the road most rides. Typical weekend ride is from Shea & 101 (Starbucks) to Cave Creek (Cave Creek Coffee Company) and back.

Sweet. Last year's El Tour was my first and I went it alone. It was a tough one considering I hadn't ridden more than 40 miles in one ride, ever. I had just come off of two triathlons and thought I'd give it a shot. For my first Century, I made it in 8:30 something or other. No flats, plenty of eating along the way. I bonked at about 55 miles which really sucked. Maybe this year I'll do better...it's obvious I won't be able to keep up with you though...
